The Play...

From the team that brought you the acclaimed Chagrin Falls comes the story of a man undergoing an unprecedented transformation of identity.

In a startling breakthrough in biotechnology, the brain and nervous system of a famous artist is transplanted into the body of a young, professional golfer. Marguerite Hammersley returns to Stage Left in this poignant and compelling story of medical ethics, identity, and one man’s extraordinary search for who he is, and who he loves.

Sunday Symposiums

Stage Left's mission is to bring you politically and socially-themed plays that will rouse your senses, charge your mind, and most importantly, raise debate. So every Sunday after our matinee performance we give you a chance to discuss the issues of the play up close and personal with the artists who just told you the story.

We can tailor these symposiums to your group's interests, given advance notice. Or come yourself or with a friend and have your voice heard!

JEFF RECOMMENDED

"Mia McCullough has created a fantastic dramatic vehicle ... as you leave the theater, you may well find that you are thinking about yourself, and those you love, in a very new way."
- Hedy Weiss, Chicago Sun-Times
